COVID-19 Update

As you may have heard, most areas declared a state of emergency due to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Hay House, in partnership with our fulfillment center, is continuing to ship products throughout the U.S. and Canada without delay. We are optimistic orders shipped and fulfilled by hayhouse.com will be processed and shipped promptly with most orders arriving within 3-5 business days. We are closely monitoring all developments and are prepared to communicate any applicable order updates accordingly. Please follow our Facebook page and sign up for our email newsletter for ongoing updates.

Processing Time

Hay House estimates shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options chosen. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Our warehouse ships Monday through Thursday only. We are closed Friday through Sunday and no orders will be processed those days.

$26-49.99 = $5.99

$50 and above = FREE shipping

US and Canada 2 Day

$0-25.99 = $13.99 flat rate shipping

$26-49.99 = $15.99 flat rate shipping

$50 and above = $25.99 flat rate

Domestic Shipments

• UPS GROUND - Shipping charges are calculated by UPS published shipping rates. These rates are based on the weight of your package and the zone of the shipping address (zip code/postal code). Hay House does not add additional shipping or handling fees. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery in addition to processing time. UPS tracking link will be provided in your Order Confirmation e-mail.

Canadian Shipments

• UPS STANDARD - We may ship your order UPS Standard. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery in addition to processing time. We participate in the UPS eTailer Brokerage Program (eBP), under this program eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under $200 CAD shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of $10 CAD plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at $200 CAD or greater and/or being imported to Canada for a commercial purpose may be subject to additional fees. UPS tracking link will be provided in your Order Confirmation e-mail.
• UPS WORLDWIDE SAVER - We will ship your order UPS Worldwide Saver. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery in addition to processing time. UPS tracking link will be provided in your Order Confirmation e-mail.
• STANDARD SHIPPING - Hay House will determine the most efficient shipping carrier based on the items purchased and shipping destination. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery in addition to processing time. Orders shipped Standard Shipping are not guaranteed to be trackable.

Customs

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates. Additionally, when ordering from Hay House, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Other Shipping Restrictions

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses cannot be expedited. Hay House will determine the most appropriate delivery method depending on the weight, items purchased and shipping destination of your order.

For large orders over 150 lbs., Hay House will provide the shipping cost after the transaction has been completed. This allows us to find the best rate and box sizes to accommodate your order.

Shipping Specials

Occasionally Hay House may offer limited-time free shipping promotions. Shipping special offers are applicable within the U.S. only and some exclusions and other restrictions may apply. Warehouse Closures

Our warehouse is closed on certain holidays. Please note that absolutely no orders will be processed or shipped on the days listed below. Be certain to review these dates closely if you opt for expedited shipping.
