I read both of Vex's book & loved them! This is the second of the two. They can be independently read, but I think reading both is helpful in understanding more about yourself & life. This book is beautiful & covers the 7 bodies. It includes great exercises & recommendations for other resources, especially reparenting your inner child! I had some great takeaway from these books - my favorite was being able to shift my focus on my own perception when meeting new people, rather than theirs of me.

I also highly recommend checking out his Instagram page. His wife is amazing too - she's a well-known YouTuber that I've followed for years. They seem like a really nice couple.
